At People U Rarely Eye, we want you to be confident in your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.


1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are located within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery.


2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed

  • Items must be in original condition

  • All tags and original packaging must be included

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


3. How to Start a Return

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

5. Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method

  • Processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Photos of the issue

We will resolve the situation as quickly as possible.


7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Worn or washed items

  • Items returned after the 14-day withdrawal period

  • Items not in original condition


8. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, please return the original item and place a new order.
